One-to-one private gymnastics lessons for approaching competitions, badge testing or learning a specific skill. Availability is from 18:30 on weekdays, with weekends also available.

Squad training

Thu, 20 Aug

Invitation-only squad training for different ability levels and ages 5 to 8 and 9 to 10. Sessions include high-level gymnastics conditioning, high-intensity training, difficult skills, ballet, flexibility and strength training, routines, sequences and tumbling in smaller groups with a personal coach. Squads compete up to 6 times a year. Invitation-only members receive a 15% discount.
