Each women's circle is characterised by a deep connection with oneself and like-minded people. Every circle focuses on a topic related to being a woman, femininity, rituals and spirituality. A space is provided to let go of masks and be yourself with all your feelings, thoughts and shadow sides.

Yin Yoga

Every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:30. Yin Yoga invites you to feel, arrive fully in your body, intensively stretch your fascia and muscles, and release tension. Each class includes sound healing and enveloping fragrances. Suitable for beginners and advanced participants. Anna is currently on maternity leave.

Mantra Singkreis

Mantra singing circles are a place to feel comfortable and sing together in a circle. Partly accompanied by Mama Cacao, participants sing mantras and Désirée Keller leads a meditation. Participants may bring their own instruments or play the instruments available there. Cost: CHF 22, or CHF 33 with cacao.
