Starters include burrata with lovage pesto and spring beans, nettle, spinach and wild garlic soup, or Korean fried chicken with gochujang and sesame. Mains include wild salmon with saffron, Sri Lankan chicken curry with cardamom basmati rice, spring vegetable risotto, or herb-crusted Herdwick lamb. Desserts include tiramisu, apple crumble, or Eton mess. Two courses cost £29 and three courses cost £34.
