Join us at Idalia for a limited-edition cocktail collaboration with Wild Idol, inspired by the freshness of spring. Dawn in the Glasshouse combines clarified cucumber, English apple and chamomile with elderflower and citrus, topped with Wild Idol's sparkling alcohol-free wine and finished with a delicate hibiscus and rose foam. Bright, floral and refreshing, it is available for a limited time at Idalia.

Idalia's Set Menu

A seasonal set menu celebrating the best of the moment, with vibrant, ingredient-led dishes designed for relaxed dining at Idalia. Starters include burrata with lovage pesto and spring beans, nettle, spinach and wild garlic soup, or Korean fried chicken with gochujang and sesame. Mains include wild salmon with saffron, Sri Lankan chicken curry with cardamom basmati rice, spring vegetable risotto, or herb-crusted Herdwick lamb. Desserts include tiramisu, apple crumble, or Eton mess. Two courses cost £29 and three courses cost £34.
