Common Lot Keycard
Faculty and Staff with an active annual permit may purchase a keycard for access to common gated lots for a fee of $15.00.

Daily Parking Permits
Employees may purchase up to 10 daily parking permits each fiscal year from the parking portal account. Daily permits are allowed in common Faculty and Staff lots on all campuses except Rutgers Health Newark decks.

Faculty/Staff 50% Refund
A 50% refund may be submitted when an employee departs from the University within the first six months of the annual permit year. A resignation or termination document must be provided.

Transactions purchased with a debit card, credit card, or electronic check may qualify for a full refund when submitted within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Full refunds apply only to annual permits purchased in full.

Reserved Parking Permit
Rutgers Health Faculty and Staff can sign up for the limited Reserved permit. Upon permit availability, the next applicant on the permit waitlist will be notified via email to exchange the general parking permit. The permit costs $1,600 per year and allows parking in a dedicated parking stall in the assigned parking deck.

Rutgers Health Faculty and Staff can sign up for the limited Guaranteed permit. Upon permit availability, the next applicant on the permit waitlist will be notified via email to exchange the general parking permit. The permit costs $800 per year and allows parking in any guaranteed parking stalls in the assigned parking lot or deck.
