Stay for a month, a season, or longer on a simple monthly arrangement. One monthly rate covers the room, wifi, light housekeeping, and shared spaces. Deal directly with Palm Chamber, not a booking platform. The Season Pass is for stays of 1 to 3 months. The Resident arrangement is for stays of 3 or more months and includes community perks and first pick of rooms. The Return Key is for people who leave and come back, with family rates.
