Dishes to share for £36 per person, including confit garlic labneh with za’atar oil and lavosh, roasted aubergine with green pepper esme and burnt butter yoghurt, green beans with roasted pineapple and jalapeno dressing, bulgur with tomato, courgette and lemon yoghurt, and pan-fried sea bream with pistachio and cardamom salsa.
