Optical Assistance

Optical Center provides free minor repairs as often as needed and supplies replacement optical equipment in case of breakage. All frames are guaranteed for life against hidden manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability. All lenses are guaranteed for one year against breakage with a 50% deductible on the actual price, excluding packages and only for the first equipment.

Optical Center undertakes to replace broken glasses free of charge as many times as necessary for 3 years. The nominative warranty costs 59 EUR and is valid for 3 years for parts and labour on frames and optical lenses in all stores and on www.optical-center.com, for an identical prescription and upon presentation of the defective parts, excluding scratches. If the warranty is not used, it cannot be renewed or refunded.
