Buchbrunch in drei Akten mit einem Prologbuffet, einem von drei Hauptspeisen und einem süßen Epilog. Das Prologbuffet und der Epilog sind all-you-can-eat. Zur Auswahl stehen Uncle Waffles mit Buttermilchwaffeln, Crispy Chicken mit Hibiskus-Tomaten-Chutney, Spinat und Käsesauce, Cape Malay Chapati Time mit Bobotie-Hack, Rührtofu, Babyspinat und Hibiskus-Tomaten-Chutney im hausgemachten Chapati sowie Shakaskouka mit pochiertem Ei auf Chakalaka und gedämpftem Brot. Zum Epilog gibt es Cocoa Spiced Cake und Nutty Carrot Cake. Der Buchbrunch findet am ersten Sonntag im Monat von 11:00 bis 15:00 Uhr statt. Getränke sind nicht im Preis enthalten.
