Nostra Homes Buy Again Program

Villawood Pays $25K Builder Deposit
For a limited time, Villawood will pay the deposit payable under a Nostra building contract after settlement of the land contract, limited to 5% of the building contract price and a maximum of $25,000 including GST. The promotion applies to new purchasers of residential lots at the participating Villawood estates of Albright, Aspire, Rathdowne and Waratah. Purchasers must enter into a land contract during the promotion period from 9am AEDST on 1 March 2019 to 5pm AEDST on 31 May 2019, then enter into a Nostra building contract within 120 days and before land settlement. Medium density and spec homes are excluded. Nostra must provide Villawood with the executed building contract within 10 business days, and the purchaser must provide Villawood with a copy before land settlement. If the 5% deposit is less than $25,000, Villawood pays the lower amount. If it exceeds $25,000, Villawood pays $25,000 and the purchaser pays the balance. The promotion cannot be used with another Villawood promotion or offer, but is valid with Nostra's Be Our Guest promotion. Terms and conditions apply.
