Sample wedding menu includes Steamed Rice Rolls and Clear Noodle Salad, followed by Vietnamese 5 Spice Beef, Steamed Wild Chilean Sea Bass, green bok choy in garlic sauce, and ginger rice. Dessert is not provided. Custom 2-course tasting menus are available by inquiry. $1,000 minimum.

Cocktail Hour Catering Menu

Choose a maximum of 4 items from the list. Options include Fried Imperial Rolls, Vietnamese Tapioca Dumplings, Beef Satay, Grilled Chicken or Tofu Satay, Fresh Rolls with Almond Sauce, and Traditional Vietnamese-Style Banh Mi Sliders. Banh Mi Sliders are available as full-size for $16, with a minimum order of 24 sliders. $500 minimum. Prices are per piece or serving.
