For 1-on-1 coaching clients only. After an initial strategy session, you will define goals and develop a plan with the coach. If you follow the agreed recommendations, processes and timeframes and do not achieve a result, the coach will work for you for free until you do. The guarantee applies to serious business owners whose businesses are turning over at least $300,000 per annum, who are willing to take action, follow the process, accept feedback and be held accountable. It does not apply if you sign up, receive the information, do not do the work and then expect a refund. Exceptions to the minimum turnover requirement may apply to charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises.
