NYBA NAGINATA - LIC

NYBA is excited to announce an additional 2-hour Naginata class on Fridays 2 times per month. Please RSVP if you plan on attending. This class is open to all NYBA, GNYNF, Columbia and Pratt Naginata members. There is no storage, and students are required to bring their own equipment. NYBA members and Pratt Budo Club members attend free. Ken Zen and CU Naginata members pay a $10 mat fee.

NYBA will host its fall Shinsa exam for Iaido students. Exams are held every six months, with no testing fees. Students must be proficient in the requirements for the rank they are testing for. Certificate fees are $40, or $50 for non-NYBA members and remote members.

If a student does not pass, NYBA will help them prepare for the next exam. NYBA certificate fees of $40 are due immediately after the exam. This is for NYBA Kyudo rank only and is an internal NYBA rank.
