NCT Antenatal course

Five evidence-based sessions covering labour, birth, feeding and life with a newborn. Courses are designed for expectant parents, welcome all parents and cover up to two attendees. Sessions may be in person, online via Zoom or mixed, depending on the course. Groups have a maximum of 18 people. The course includes access to the NCT Parent Hub, with expert-led newborn talks, hypnobirthing, newborn safety and baby health content, and pregnancy yoga.
