Online Therapy Sessions

Online psychotherapy and counselling sessions are held via video call, telephone or instant messenger. Sessions are usually weekly, at the same time and day each week unless otherwise arranged. Bi-weekly sessions are also available, although weekly sessions are recommended for the first six sessions. Weekday appointments are available between 08:00 and 17:00, with some flexibility.

Weekday appointments are available between 08:00 and 17:00, with some flexibility. Online video sessions cost £70, while telephone and instant messenger sessions cost £60.
