Pay upfront for a package of 10 Clinical Pilates classes and receive an 11th class at no additional charge. All 11 classes must be used within 12 weeks of purchase and unused classes expire and are non-refundable. The package is non-refundable and non-transferable, except that medical refund requests supported by a doctor's certificate may be considered at the clinic's discretion. New patients must complete an initial assessment. Classes should be booked in advance, and cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before class or the class will be deducted. Birthday Voucher
Existing patients receive a Happy Birthday discount voucher by email. The voucher is valid for 30 days following the birthday and provides 50% off one future Initial or Standard Physio Appointment within the birthday month. Patients must show proof of identity and date of birth, and present the Happy Birthday email. The promotion is valid for Physiotherapy services only, can be used once within the calendar year, and cannot be combined with other offers. It remains available unless Myphysio amends, withdraws, cancels or suspends it.

Referral Voucher
Refer a friend to Myphysio. When the referred person attends the practice, they receive $25 off their Initial Physio Appointment and the referrer receives $25 off their next Initial or Standard Physio Appointment. The referred patient must redeem their voucher before the referrer's voucher becomes valid. Only one voucher can be used per appointment, vouchers cannot be accumulated or combined with other offers, and the voucher is valid for Physiotherapy services only. The promotion remains available unless Myphysio amends, withdraws, cancels or suspends it.
