The workshop aims to create a light, playful and comfortable atmosphere for collective music making.

A three-hour session featuring a drum bath, chanting, voice meditation, sharing circle, sound and voice guided meditations, singing, chanting and a drum circle. Participants should bring comfortable clothing, water, a portable percussion instrument and a mat or blanket. Some drums and percussion are available.
