Initial consultation & single treatment for physical therapy or personal training is $150. Follow-up visits for 1:1 physical therapy or 1:1 personal training are $130. On-site visits are available! Add $50 to above rates for housecalls to North Bay, South Bay or East Bay, Initial consultation & single treatment for physical therapy or personal training is $150. So initial consults are $200 and follow-ups are $180. Flexible spending and health savings accounts are accepted. Sorry, but we no longer accept any form of insurance, however, an invoice can be prepared on your behalf to submit as per request. Discounts of 10% for pre-paid packages of 10 sessions or more, 20% for 20 sessions plus.
