The Luminous Path: A Journey Beyond the Seven Powers of Ego toward the Liberated Heart

An eight-week ceremony inspired by teachings preserved in the Gospel of Mary. The series explores seven powers and invites participants into awareness, integration, collective accountability, and liberation. Sessions are held via Zoom and recorded. Participants receive a PDF of the original ceremonial journal and a recorded meditation for daily practice. No one is turned away for lack of funds, and donations are accepted.

Meditations on the Heart

This 3-part series focuses on creating more ease and care for self and the world through heart-focused practices that include movement, breathwork and meditation. The series explores practices like loving-kindness and tonglen to create more space, courage and intimacy within. Breath of Manifestation: Quetzalcoatl Breathwork Practice Deepening Towards Winter Solstice

An online breathwork class via Zoom offering intention setting with new year oracle card readings, historical context of the Toltec tradition, a basic Toltec energy center system, and Quetzalcoatl breathwork for transformation and manifestation. Participants learn 104 breaths to practice daily for 104 days, beginning with group work on September 7 and concluding on the Winter Solstice. The session is not recorded. Optional add-ons include group support calls and private sessions. Comfortable clothing, water, snacks, nourishment, and earth altar items are recommended.

Usui Reiki I and II Certification Trainings

An in-person intensive course in Santa Monica, California. Usui Reiki I is taught on Saturday and Usui Reiki II on Sunday. Participants learn Reiki history and principles, energetic hygiene, self-Reiki hand placements, Reiki symbols, professional hand positions, session sequences, and receive attunements. There are no prerequisites for Usui Reiki I. Level II requires participation in Level I, or application approval for those attuned by another teacher. The Usui Reiki II certificate requires class completion, a hands-on practice session, and two case studies. One training costs $300, or both Usui Reiki I and II cost $550.
