I work with adults and young adults from all lifestyles who are experiencing long-term issues with depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or emotional disconnection. My usual client has been using some coping skills and is now motivated to, gradually, process difficult thoughts, memories and emotions. Over time, this work allow us to connect with a renewed sense of Self — one that feels more unique, authentic, naturally energetic and driven.
