Mavericks USMS Swim Workout

A swim workout for Mavericks swimmers. A typical workout lasts for an hour or more and includes sets of varying distances and skill drills focused on body position, stroke technique and swimming essentials. New or returning swimmers should build endurance over time and communicate concerns to the coach. USMS membership is mandatory. Weekly sessions and locations are currently listed as TBA.

Mavericks Masters Swimming offers private and open-water swim lessons for all skill levels, along with stroke video analysis and a U.S. Masters Swimming team. Led by Paul Hunt, it helps swimmers refine technique, build confidence, and pursue their goals in the water.
