Permanent Parking

Permanent parking is for those who require a car park five days a week close to the CBD. Unreserved parking costs $385 per month and reserved parking costs $470 per month. All rates are GST inclusive. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Flexi Pass

Unrestricted multiple daily access, only paying for the days you park. The rate is $25 per entry and exit for non-event parking. All rates are GST inclusive. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Weekend Parking

The rate is per day. Enter after midnight Friday and exit before midnight Sunday. The rate is $15 when driving up or $12 online. All rates are GST inclusive. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Evening Rate

Available Monday to Friday. Enter after 5:00pm and exit by 6:00am the next day. The rate is $15 when driving up or $12 online. All rates are GST inclusive. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Early Bird Parking

Enter between 6:00am and 9:30am and exit between 1:30pm and 8:00pm. The rate is $25 when driving up or $23 online. All rates are GST inclusive. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Casual Parking

For a once-off park at a discounted rate. Casual parking online rates range from $16 for up to 30 minutes to $55 for the daily maximum. Drive-up rates range from $18 for up to 30 minutes to $57 for the daily maximum. All rates are GST inclusive. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Event Parking

Attending an event? Secure your car parking spot ahead of time. Event parking costs $35 via pre-booking online or $40 when driving up for AFL event days. Special events, such as concerts and major events, cost $58 via pre-booking online or $63 when driving up. Limited parking is available for special events, with updated pricing in place. All rates are GST inclusive. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
