The Studio offers drop-in mental health and substance use support, group support, workshops and special events for youth. Drop-in hours are Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Other services are available by appointment only.

Hours and details

The Central Toronto hub has two doors - The Studio, which is our youth drop-in centre, and the clinical hub that hosts our walk-in and other clinical services. Our hope is that whichever door you enter through, you will get the services that are the right fit for you.
