Group support for 3 to 4 people covering the fundamentals of vitalist naturopathy, including a self-assessment of vitality and the pillars of wellbeing: stress management, movement and nutrition. The programme takes place online or in person in Paris depending on the groups formed. It lasts 10 hours, delivered over 5 two-hour appointments across 9 weeks.
