A one-day equine-assisted emotional intelligence training. Practical exercises with horses transpose everyday situations encountered during a local elected mandate, covering approach, acceptance, conciliation and collaboration. The training helps develop confidence, empathy and charisma, build trust within an elected team, manage emotional conflicts and remain steady when facing obstacles. Available individually or in groups.
