This all-levels workshop teaches you how to use common everyday objects as practical tools for self-defense. Learn to recognize what is available in the environment, create distance, improve striking power, protect vital areas, and escape danger using objects you may already carry or find nearby. The workshop covers bags, jackets, water bottles, phones, keys, and other common objects, and is open to all levels with no previous experience required. Held at the Upper West Side studio.
