Kramer Restaurant is an artist-designed dining space centred around an open wood fire, where chefs prepare market-fresh meat, fish and vegetables inspired by Latin America, Japan and Southeast Asia. Its atmospheric setting combines live-fire cooking, seasonal menus, sharing plates and ceramics made in the restaurant’s own studio.
