Breakfast is available during Vacation Care for children arriving before 7:30am. Breakfast includes cereals and Milo. Parents and carers must provide healthy food and drinks for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Lollies, cordial, soft drink, nuts and nut products are not permitted.

Pupil Free Day care runs Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 6.00pm. The 2025 fee is $62.50 per day, plus an activity fee. Activity fees are included in the amount reduced by the Child Care Subsidy.

KOOSH is the Katoomba Out Of School Hours care service provided by Belong Blue Mountains. KOOSH provides before and after school care and vacation care to families with primary school aged children, between 5-12 years of age in a warm, safe, happy and stimulating environment.
