While its humble origins can be traced back to 2014, it was only in 2016 that Kappou was born from the entrepreneurial vision of Chef Aeron. Today, it is a modern ode to Japanese heritage, infused with the contemporary repose of a speakeasy. Kappou’s dining philosophy of ritual meets art is evident everywhere you look.
