Day Delegate Rate Package

A day delegate package for meetings and events, including room hire, VAT and service charge, high speed wireless internet, LCD television, stationery, soft drinks, mineral water, Nespresso coffee, arrival refreshments, mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks, and a working buffet lunch. Minimum of 10 delegates. Allergy information must be provided at least 14 days before the event. Daily working lunch menus are available from Monday to Friday.

Children's Party Packages

Children's party packages with complimentary hire of the Games Room and Library, or the Games Room, Library and Wine Room. The Games Room is used for party games and entertainment, the Library for the children's menu, and the Wine Room for extra space or adult canapés and drinks. Pre-orders must be confirmed in writing 10 working days before the event. The children's menu costs £20 per child, with a minimum of 10 children. Additional options include themed cakes, cupcakes, children's furniture, entertainers, balloons, decorations and party bags.
