Joe Kitsana is a renowned chef in Sydney’s culinary scene, with over 20 years of experience. He has worked at notable establishments such as Longrain, Sailors Thai, and Phamish. In June 2016, he opened his own restaurant, Joe’s Table, in Darlinghurst. Uniquely, Kitsana manages all aspects of the restaurant himself, from cooking to serving and cleaning. In August 2023, Joe’s Table relocated to a larger space at the corner of Bourke and William Street, doubling its capacity to accommodate up to 40 guests. Despite the expansion, Kitsana continues to operate the restaurant single-handedly, maintaining the intimate and personal dining experience that has become his hallmark.
