The Nature of Being Human ONLINE

Unit 1 of Pilgrim SoULL Year 1, this online course introduces a somatically oriented overview of human development and a language of human life that includes growth, aging and dying. Students explore the connection between spiritual, energetic and physical experience through the human lifespan. The course includes 8 recorded lectures, 18 hours of live in-class experiences, process and discussion, and moderated discussions between classes. It is taught in small, interactive and highly experiential classes and is open to therapists, other professionals, and curious, open-minded adults.
