For average size rooms, crack repairs cost £35 for a crack half the length of a wall or ceiling and £65 for a full-length crack. Hole repairs cost £15 for a hole half the size of a mobile phone and £25 for a hole the size of a mobile phone. Water damaged surfaces cost £45 per m², lining paper replacement costs £10 per metre wide with a £30 minimum, and stain block paint costs £6 per m² with a £40 minimum. Prices include VAT.
