Mindful walk

After breakfast, join a walking experience from Villa Stella through the outskirts of the village and surrounding woods, with mindful breathing, light yoga stretches, self-development themes and periods of shared silence. The walk includes guided conversation in Italian with grammar notes, opportunities to improve Italian fluency and confidence, and time to meet like-minded people. Finish with an optional coffee, bruschetta and glass of wine. The experience includes a 2-hour walk and 1 hour relaxing over bruschetta and wine. Price is EUR 15, or EUR 10 per person for couples or friends.

Practise Italian, expand your vocabulary and enjoy relaxed, topic-based conversation sessions with an experienced teacher and local people. The event includes two hours of guided conversation, traditional dolci and regional amari, a dolci recipe, opportunities to make new friends, and a handmade goodie to take home. Suitable for anyone who wants to practise Italian without pressure.
