Islington Wine Bar serves a Sunday roast centred on sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, with dry-aged sirloin, slow-roasted pork belly, lamb and a plant-based mushroom ballottine. Each roast comes with classic trimmings, including Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and homemade gravy.
