A reactive cleaning service to clear an area of a declared infectious agent, such as COVID-19 or Norovirus. This chemical sterilisation service completely fumigates an area with a chemical sterilising agent that inactivates any pathogen in that area.

Infectious Forensic Clean

A reactive cleaning service to clear an area of a declared infectious agent, such as COVID-19 or Norovirus. An additional service is available on request to ensure that an area inhabited by a person with a positive test outcome is cleared of infectious materials on surfaces, returning the area to general access and use.

Sanitising Clean

A proactive cleaning service to disinfect an area or location as a preventative service. A chemical disinfectant is vaporised onto all surfaces in the area to be serviced.

High Frequency Touch Point Sanitisation

A proactive and specific servicing of an area with a sanitiser or disinfectant on high rotation. Sanitiser or food grade disinfectant is applied to surfaces subject to high frequency of hand contact, including handles, rails, buttons and light switches.

National Reconciliation Week event

IKON plans to organise at least one National Reconciliation Week event each year, encourage staff and senior leaders to participate in external events, and register IKON events on Reconciliation Australia's National Reconciliation Week website.

IKON plans to participate in an annual NAIDOC Week event with one or more key clients, partners, or sponsors, and promote participation in external NAIDOC events to staff.
