Spring Camp

A four-day multidisciplinary martial arts camp in Cattolica, Italy, featuring Tang Lang Taiji Meihua, self-defense, short staff and knife work, and Chen-style Taiji Quan using the Hong Method. The programme includes beach Qi Gong from 06:30 to 07:30, Tang Lang Taiji Meihua from 09:30 to 12:30, and self-defense and Chen Taiji training from 15:15 to 18:15. Open to beginners and experienced participants. Accommodation at Hôtel Ritter, with seminar and hotel packages available. Registration requires a firm commitment and a 50% deposit.
