Four course set dinner menu at $68.80 per person. Starters include homemade mushroom soup served with a warm crusty bread roll. The entrée is smoked duck topped with glass noodles, garden vegetables, edamame and dressing. Mains offer a choice of traditional duo of oven roasted turkey breast with homemade cranberry and sage stuffing, crispy roast potatoes finished with a rich pan gravy, beef tenderloin slowly grilled to perfection with oven roasted capsicum on wholegrain mustard mash potato and rich brown sauce, or mirin glazed salmon fillet with creamy mash potato, roasted tangy tomatoes and an aromatic fresh and zingy sauce. Dessert is rolled sponge Christmas log cake with premium dark chocolate truffle cream, with freshly brewed coffee or specialty tea. Includes a choice of a glass of red or white wine.
