Coaching for people with fear of flying. Learn to face your fear and still take flight through a three-phase approach covering thoughts, breathing and the body, followed by a conscious helicopter flight. The programme lasts approximately 3 hours, including a 45-minute helicopter flight, and includes a HeliAngstfrei workbook. Held at the Airport Helicopter base at EuroAirport Basel or departing from Beromünster airfield. Booking required.
