You may notice a large increase in our delivery platform prices. And you may be wondering why. Please allow me to explain. For the last 18 months we have been covering the service fees of Uber (30%) and DoorDash (33%). That is their base service fee which doesn't account for advertising, or even additional platform fees, like incorrect orders (drivers losing or canceling orders mid-flight) and so on. While we take great care in what we do, we are liable for all issues that occur on these platforms, and we often have to pay for those issues.So, to make it worth our while we have decided to raise the price of our items on these platforms ONLY by the margins, we lose for being on those platforms. For Uber, it's 30%, and DoorDash is 33%.We understand that this price increase may not be the most optimal choice, but we have decided not to wear the cost of these platforms as, yes, we sell on those platforms, but you as a consumer also buy from those platforms.
