Stages 2026, Cycle Équilibre et Sérénité

Stages held on Sunday afternoons in Paris at the Atelier 3 Therapy Center. The program combines Qi Gong, applied psychology and an introduction to herbal medicine, with work on breathing, posture, grounding, guided introspection, mental calm techniques, theoretical foundations and small-group discussions. Each stage includes practical exercises and concrete tools for daily life. Suitable for adults experiencing stress, anxiety disorders, addiction or depression, and for anyone wishing to deepen mental calm through body-based meditation. Not suitable for people in crisis, experiencing very intense emotions or decompensation. Registration requires a preliminary telephone interview. Dates in 2026: 25 January, 22 March, 19 April and 7 June.
