A weekend retreat from 6th to 8th November 2026 at Amarant in the Don Valley region, Victoria. The immersion includes breathwork, sound baths, meditation, yoga, nature walks, ice baths, multidimensional light body activations, sound frequency meditation and activations, somatic movement, stunning accommodation, and connection with like-minded souls. The venue is built on the side of a mountain and has many stairs and steep slopes, making it unsuitable for those uncomfortable with stairs.
