The menu includes 2 appetizer courses, 10 sushi courses, a final fatty tuna maki course with 1 piece per person, and homemade matcha ice cream. Guests may re-order their favorite nigiri and handrolls. Unlimited drinks include Sapporo and Orion beer, Soto Junmai and Kikumasa Nigori sake, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and premium green tea. A leftover charge of $6 per piece applies, and sushi rice must be consumed.
