Leave with real skills to impress at your next dinner party., In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious cocktails and dumplings! Have our chefs teach you our perfected recipe of two styles of dumplings, with just the right amount of herbs and spices. We'll then steam them for you in our kitchen, and you'll enjoy them at the end of the class. While we do that, you will learn about some original Asian style cocktails - you'll enjoy getting hands-on as you make (and enjoy) two different cocktails. Ideal skills for your next dinner party! <b>During the class, you will make and enjoy:</b> - Pork and lemongrass dumplings - Mushroom and vegetable dumplings - Lychee cocktail - Popo trio cocktail <b>Private classes:</b> We can hold up to 70 people for this class within the venue. We offer private classes daily from 11am, with our last classes of the day starting at 7.30pm. This class takes about three hours and includes a hearty meal of dumplings (around 15 per person). Vegan and gluten-free options are available too. We provide everything, so you just need to book, show up and enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you! <b>Please note:</b> - Due to our RSA policy, if you purchase a bottomless drinks package for one person in your booking/party, you will need to purchase the package for every person within your booking/party. You can add multiple packages to your booking at check-out as it is priced per person. For private classes, please note we require a min of 7 days notice prior to your booking date to decrease your numbers without cost. - Honkas is now known as "Hamilton" - Please note any changes you wish to make after booking need to be done via email. Thanks - We design our classes to entertain you through food and alcohol. Please note this is an experience with cooking and mixology thrown in. It is not a formal cooking school. - All changes need to be requested via email so they are written. (Not via phone). - for any private class, 21 days notice is required so we can fill your original booking slot
