Founded in 2023, we bring the distinctive flavours of Guangxi to London. Inspired by the culinary traditions of Guilin, Liuzhou and Nanning, our menu celebrates regional classics including Guilin rice noodles, Liuzhou snail noodles and Nanning Laoyou noodles. Known for their vibrant balance of sour, spicy and savoury flavours, these dishes reflect the rich food culture of southern China.
