It explains how the body is designed and works, presents health choices in an understandable way, and includes a handout for home reference. The talk is suitable for age groups from high school students to seniors, as well as athletes, musicians, workplaces, schools, universities, health clubs, community forums, and performing groups. It is not a chiropractic seminar or a sales pitch for the office.
