Bio-conditioning and sword skills technique and training. Bioconditioning runs from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, weapons training from 7:30pm to 9pm, followed by free bouting from 9pm to 9:30pm. Please contact GLECA before attending your first training session.

GLECA Melbourne is an accredited Western Martial Arts college combining historical swordsmanship with modern sports science and martial fitness. Students train across weapons including longsword, single-handed sword and cane, alongside unarmed techniques, conditioning and supported combat practice.
