Relaxed Screenings

Specially designed to make cinema-going easier and more accessible for neurodivergent audiences of all ages, those living with dementia, and their families, friends, and carers, although all are welcome. Films are shown without adverts or trailers, with lights left on low and reduced volume, and audiences can move around and take breaks when needed. Typically, a new release is shown every second Monday of the month, a family-friendly film every third Sunday of the month, and a classic film every last Friday of the month with an interval. The regular slot may occasionally change, so check local listings.
