Two-day, 14-hour experiential training on anticipating future skills and transforming current HR practices. The programme covers identifying key change factors, anticipating future skills, developing scenarios, and translating them into HR policies and action. It includes interactive group workshops, a collaborative digital foresight platform, preparatory materials, conference input, lunches and digital training resources. The session is limited to 10 participants and is intended for beginners or experienced participants concerned with foresight, anticipation, innovation, change management or human resources. Registration costs EUR 1,500 including VAT, or EUR 1,250 excluding VAT.
