Foundations for Moms: Postpartum Strength Training

A small-group, mom-and-baby movement class combining breath work, core and pelvic floor integration, mobility, and whole-body strength to help rebuild stability and confidence after birth. Taught by a pelvic floor PT specialist. Monthly recurring group with new cohorts monthly.
